Return Policy By Manufacturer/Brand

Pool & Lounge strives to bring you the very best deals with the most comprehensive warranties. In the rare instance you receive a box that is undamaged, but the item within is damaged, we will promptly assist you with an insurance claim for a refund or replacement unit/parts shipped to you at no cost. Please let us know of these damages within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Please read the following carefully as some manufacturers do not accept returns in the case of buyer's remorse (meaning you purchased an item, but simply had a change of heart). Many high-end equipment and furniture manufacturers have stringent policies, and many customers who purchase these have even more stringent requirements. This means that you can rest assured you have not been sold a returned unit or accessory. Lower-priced items usually can be returned, but the higher-end/designer items have a no-return policy. Prior to ordering an accessory, please be sure you understand that some accessories are a final sale, per the manufacturer (please see below).
